Hobby Lobby Corporate Campus

In 1992 Hobby Lobby started construction on the Oklahoma City campus.  It all began with a single 450,000-square-foot building (known today as Building 1).  Since then they have constructed 4 more buildings with a combined total of over 3,400,000 square feet.

In 1998 we helped transform the campus from a utility owned primary electrical service to a privately owned 34.5kV primary metered system with a 400 Amp main service.

In 2008 we relocated and increased the primary system to a 1,200 Amp 2-loop system with the capability of adding an additional pair of 2 loop systems.

Building 5, Phase A is a 1,200,000-square-foot office/warehouse building currently under construction.  We are scheduled for completion in the fall of 2012.
